Job summary

Chico Hot Springs Resort seeks a Reservations Agent to be a primary contact for guests, assisting with reservations and questions for their visit. You will help guests plan their stay and ensure details are taken care of from the first contact.

You will work closely with Front Office and other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience, managing lodging and restaurant bookings and providing accurate information about the resort.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing roles preferred.
• Strong phone etiquette and professional communication.
• Ability to manage multiple reservations and requests accurately.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist guests with questions about Chico Hot Springs.
• Book, modify, and manage lodging reservations.
• Book and assist with restaurant reservations.
• Provide accurate information about the resort, accommodations, dining, amenities, and activities.
• Make outgoing calls to confirm reservation details and arrivals.
