• Prior security experience is not required but preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong customer service and de-escalation skills preferred.
• Able to stand and be on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide a physical, yet friendly, security presence at all times.
• Welcome customers, direct and educate them as needed.
• Anticipate and respond to incidents, de-escalate in collaboration with leadership.
• Be a team-player and communicate effectively with store staff.
• Assist on the sales floor when needed, keeping the area clean and organized.
