Job summary

Crossroads Security Floor Associate positions are part-time roles at Crossroads stores that balance providing a visible security presence with warm, helpful service. You’ll be the first and last face customers see, ensuring a safe and welcoming shopping environment.

Responsibilities

PART-TIME POSITION: FRIDAY & SATURDAY ONLY

WAGE RANGE: $19.00-$23.00 PER HOUR

Help Keep Our Stores Safe and Welcoming

As a Crossroads Security Floor Associate, you'll help provide a safe working environment for our teams and a positive shopping experience for our customers. Crossroads locations are fast-paced lively second-hand clothing retail stores where customers buy and sell their gently used fashion.

What you'll do:

You will balance keeping Crossroads secure and safe while also acting as a welcoming presence and guide to our guests as they come in the front door. Exceptional customer service and good judgment are a must. Some experience in loss prevention and de-escalation techniques is preferred.

You will:

Minimum Requirements:

• Prior experience in security (1 year+)
