Job summary

Naples Hotel Group is seeking a Hospitality Hero for a guest-facing role at our Florida property. You will prepare and stock lobby areas, greet guests, assist with special requests, and maintain clean, attractive presentation to enhance each guest's stay.

A friendly demeanor and attention to detail help us deliver hospitality from our family to yours. Responsibilities include stocking, safety compliance, collaborating with departments, and upholding sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in service, hospitality or similar customer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills and professional guest interaction.
• Friendly, approachable demeanor focused on guest satisfaction.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions and service standards.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends and holidays.
• Basic understanding of safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, self-managed environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up area on time, ensure items are displayed and stocked before guest arrival.
• Greet guests warmly and provide assistance in the lobby area.
• Monitor traffic and replenish beverages and supplies while maintaining temperatures.
• Maintain storage, rotation, and health-compliant item handling.
• Ensure cleanliness of lobby areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Label, rotate, and store inventory per company policies.
• Communicate with other departments to resolve guest service needs.
• Report lost and found items according to hotel procedures.
• Adhere to safety protocols, including emergency procedures and key control.
• Complete required safety trainings and report accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Maintain professional appearance per company standards.
• Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
