Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Customer Relations Outfitter (Part Time) in Tampa, FL. You will greet customers, assist with purchases, handle returns, and process refunds or exchanges.

Maintain a clean, well-stocked area, stay knowledgeable about products, and promote programs such as CLUB Membership and In-Store Pick-Up. The job requires standing, occasional ladder use, and teamwork. This role supports a legendary customer experience every visit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ability to operate a computerized POS register system.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods and assist customers.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with team lift as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with purchases and decisions.
• Handle merchandise returns; complete refund/exchange paperwork.
• Process and assist with hunting/fishing licenses as applicable.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pick-up.
• Maintain a clean, stocked work area and follow policies.
