Bass Pro Shops in Tampa, FL is seeking a Part-Time Sales Outfitter for the Gifts department. You will greet customers, demonstrate products, and assist with merchandising and promotions to create a legendary shopping experience.

Responsibilities include restocking, maintaining signage, and promoting CLUB Membership and in-store pick-up while delivering friendly, helpful service to every guest.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner.
• Demonstrate products and answer questions.
• Replenish shelves and maintain pricing/signage.
• Stay knowledgeable about store promotions and CLUB/VOC programs.
• Assist with seasonal floor moves and merchandise restocking.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow store policies.
• Identify customer needs and make product recommendations.
• Promote in-store pick-up and other programs as appropriate.
