Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a part-time Guest Services Associate to deliver the signature Hi Five Guest Experience, greeting guests warmly and ensuring the store is ready for customers at all times.

You will assist with shake and dip-side preparations, operate the POS system and gas console, and maintain clean, organized shelves and freezers. The role requires strong communication, reliability, and basic arithmetic for transactions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to read, speak and understand English to communicate with customers.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and work in low temperatures as needed.
• Ability to operate POS system and gas console.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a warm, authentic hello and ensure the store is prepared for Guests.
• Prepare DipSide items: shakes, sundaes, ice cream, cones and drinks.
• Efficiently operate POS system and gas console, handling transactions and payments.
• Stock shelves, milk boxes, and display cases; rotate stock and check dates.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and organization; assist with maintenance tasks.
• Accurately complete time records and documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management
• Communicate effectively with customers.
