Job summary

United Dairy Farmers seeks a Guest Services Associate for part-time work (25 hours or less per week) with potential 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift openings. You will provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and help ensure a welcoming store environment for every guest.

You must be at least 16 years old. Duties include preparing DipSide items, operating the POS and gas console, stocking, safety, and accurate cash handling to serve guests quickly and cheerfully.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old to work at United Dairy Farmers.
• Part-time schedule up to 25 hours per week with various shifts.
• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience; greet Guests with a warm, authentic hello, ensure store is prepared for Guests at all times, anticipate needs and ensure each Guest leaves satisfied and likely to return.
• Prepare DipSide items: shakes/malts, cups/cones, sundaes, sodas and hand-packed containers.
• Efficient operation of POS system and gas console; handle transactions and proper cash handling.
• Stock shelves, displays, milk box and freezers; maintain dip cabinet and coffee pots; rotate stock and check dates.
• Maintain store and parking lot safety and cleanliness; monitor equipment temperatures.
