United Dairy Farmers is seeking a part-time Guest Services Associate to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience, greet guests warmly and ensure they leave satisfied. You will handle shakes and ice cream prep, operate the POS and gas console, stock merchandise, and maintain cleanliness and safety across the store.

Experience with customer service and the ability to communicate in English are required. The position observes a 25 hours or less per week schedule and shifts may include 1st, 2nd or 3rd.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.

Aufgaben

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience by greeting Guests warmly and ensuring each Guest leaves satisfied with a return intention.
• Prepare DipSide items including shakes, malts, ice cream cups/cones, sundaes and sodas.
• Operate the Point of Sale system and gas console, handle transactions, cash and cards, and manage pricing and discounts.
• Stock shelves, milk boxes, freezers and dip cabinets; keep coffee pots and ice dispensers full and rotate stock.
• Maintain store security awareness to prevent shoplifting and gas drive-offs, and follow cash drop procedures and safety programs.
• Keep the store and parking lot clean and safe; monitor temperatures of refrigeration equipment.
• Complete time records and the Customer First Document accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
