Job summary

United Dairy Farmers seeks a Guest Services Associate to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience, greeting Guests with a warm, authentic hello and ensuring the store is ready for every visit.

This part-time position (up to 25 hours per week) reports to the Store Manager and includes Shake/ DipSide item prep, POS/gas console transactions, stocking, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment. You must be 16+ and able to communicate in English; prior customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate with customers.
• Ability to move and lift 21 pounds and tolerate cold temperatures as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Prepare DipSide items: shakes/malts, cups/cones, sundaes, sodas, hand-packed containers.
• Operate POS system and gas console; handle transactions and cash.
