lululemon in Massachusetts is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experience in our retail store, share top-quality product education, and speak authentically about our community and culture. You will move on the floor to engage guests, assess needs, provide solutions, and support store operations while upholding our inclusive values and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions and support.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Facilitate seamless end-to-end guest transactions and omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup in store, phone sales, ship from store).
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to make it right for guests.
• Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations.
• Perform product presentation tasks and restock from inventory as needed.
• Use in-store technology to support store operations.
• Maintain a luxury environment by performing cleaning tasks.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
