Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a part-time Guest Services Associate to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience. You will greet guests warmly, prepare DipSide items, and manage transactions at the POS and gas console.

Helper duties include stocking merchandise, maintaining cleanliness, and following safety policies to ensure smooth operations. The role requires clear English communication, the ability to lift items and operate equipment, and a flexible shift schedule (1st–3rd shift possible).

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English.
• Ability to operate the POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to count and perform basic arithmetic for transactions.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide the signature UDF Hi Five experience.
• Prepare DipSide items and serve shakes, sundaes, and related products.
• Efficiently operate the POS system and manage gas sales transactions.
• Stock shelves, dairy products, and display cases with accuracy and hygiene.
• Monitor safety and security, following company policies and procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist with routine maintenance tasks.
• Complete time records accurately and perform other duties as assigned.
