Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a part-time Guest Services Associate to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience. You will greet guests, operate the POS and gas console, manage stocking, and maintain a welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities include preparing DipSide items, processing transactions, and ensuring accurate records while upholding safety and policy compliance. Must be at least 16 years old; shifts may include 1st, 2nd or 3rd.

Qualifications

• Speak, hear and understand English well enough to communicate with customers.
• See well enough to operate store equipment, including POS terminal and gas console.
• Able to operate all store equipment.
• Prepare DipSide items using supplies located in the dip cabinets.
• Handle coins, currency, checks, credit transactions, coupons and food stamps, and make change.
• Count and perform arithmetic for records.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Prepare Shake/Malts, cones, sundaes, sodas, and hand-packed items.
• Operate POS terminal and gas console accurately and handle transactions.
• Stock shelves, milk boxes, and freezers; keep dip cabinet presentable.
• Maintain security and safety procedures and monitor for shoplifting.
• Keep the store clean and organized and ensure proper temperatures.
