Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a part-time Guest Services Associate to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience. You will greet guests, assist with dips, shakes, and merchandise, and operate the POS and gas console. This role requires reliable cash handling, accurate record-keeping, and adherence to safety and store policies.

Schedule is 25 hours or less per week with shifts possible in the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and ready to provide excellent service.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers.
• Ability to operate store equipment including POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to perform cash handling and arithmetic accurately.
• Ability to understand operating instructions for store equipment.
• Ability to handle DipSide items using dip cabinets.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Prepare DipSide items and ice cream/yogurt products.
• Efficiently operate POS system and gas console and process transactions.
• Stock shelves, maintain displays, and rotate stock.
• Maintain store cleanliness, equipment temps, and safety.
• Accurately complete time records and required paperwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
