Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is hiring a Guest Services Associate for part-time, 25 hours or less per week. The role focuses on delivering the Hi Five Guest Experience, greeting guests warmly, and anticipating needs while maintaining a clean, well-stocked store.

The associate will prepare DipSide items, operate the POS and gas console, and handle transactions with accuracy. Must be at least 16 years old and able to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.

Qualifications

• Must understand English well enough to communicate with customers.
• Must be able to operate store equipment including POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to handle coins, currency, checks, and credit card transactions.
• Ability to tolerate temperatures from –30°F to +33°F.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience: greet Guests warmly and anticipate needs.
• Prepare DipSide items including shakes, malts, sundaes, and cones.
• Operate POS system and gas console to process transactions accurately.
• Stock shelves, displays, freezers, and dip cabinets; ensure cleanliness and rotation.
• Maintain store safety and monitor guests to prevent loss; follow cash handling procedures.
• Complete time records and Customer First documentation accurately.
