Job summary

United Dairy Farmers seeks a Guest Services Associate to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and support the Store Manager. This part-time position (<25 hours/week) offers a pay range of $12.50–$14.50 per hour. Primary duties include greeting guests, preparing DipSide items, operating the POS and gas console, stocking and maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

Minimum requirements include good English communication, basic arithmetic, and the ability to lift up to 21 pounds. Training and development opportunities are available within a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English sufficiently to communicate with customers.
• Ability to see well enough to operate store equipment and read documents.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and handle transactions accurately.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds repeatedly and up to 21 pounds to place items in a dip cabinet.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience by greeting Guests warmly and ensuring the store is ready for Guests at all times.
• Prepare DipSide items and assist with shakes, cones, sundaes, sodas, and hand-packed containers.
• Operate the Point of Sale system and gas console accurately, including handling transactions and payments.
• Stock shelves, freezers, and dip cabinets; maintain cleanliness and rotate stock.
• Maintain store security, monitor customers, and follow cash drop procedures and loss prevention programs.
• Keep the store and parking lot safe and clean; monitor equipment temperatures and perform basic maintenance.
• Accurately complete time records and Customer First documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management
