Responsibilities

• Take and record food and beverage orders.
• Process orders using POS system and ensure timely service.
• Ensure orders are prepared and presented correctly.
• Assist other servers with clearing tables and running food.
• Replace items as needed for next course.
• Clear and reset tables according to standards.
• Maintain a clean dining area throughout the shift.
• Observe guests to ensure satisfaction and respond to requests.
• Attend regular training on Food, Wine, Beer and Spirits.
• Continue to upsell and enhance guest experience.
• Complete side work as assigned by management.
