Job summary

A leading entertainment company in Indiana is seeking dedicated food service staff. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving food, and processing payments in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal skills and some food service experience. Flexibility in work schedule, including nights and weekends, is necessary. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• One to three months experience in food service preferred.
• Six months experience in gourmet food service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promptly and accurately take beverage and food orders.
• Complete sales to customers including processing payments.
• Provide table service to customers according to department standards.
• Follow appropriate food handling procedures to ensure safe, quality products.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned area and stock supplies.
• Participate as a team member with all venue staff.
• Adhere to regulatory, department and company policies.
• Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Knowledge of food and wine

Ability to earn and maintain ServSafe certification

Ability to earn and maintain TiPS certification

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
