Job summary

Sun Lakes HOA #2 is seeking a part-time Server to deliver friendly, attentive service in a casual dining setting at Palo Verde, Sun Lakes, AZ. You will take orders accurately, serve food and beverages, and collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery.

A clean, safe, and welcoming environment will be maintained to support guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include greeting guests, presenting menus, handling transactions, and maintaining orderly dining areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as server in a fast paced bar and grill or casual dining.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring order accuracy and presentation standards.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or special requests.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate order timing and delivery.
• Process payments and provide correct change or receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
