Job summary

Grand Canyon Railway and Hotel in Williams, AZ, is seeking a seasonal server/bartender to provide courteous dining room service, take and deliver orders, and ensure guest satisfaction. Flexible AM/PM shifts (6:00 AM–1:00 PM and 3:00 PM–11:00 PM) with a pay rate of $12.35/hour, tip credit applied.

Join a team focused on hospitality and guest experience. Responsibilities include accurate order taking, menu knowledge, restaurant sanitation, and collaborating with the service team to serve guests

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Previous front-of-the-house experience as a Server or bartender.
• Ability to work a seasonal schedule including early mornings and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, attentive and courteous service to dining room guests.
• Take, fill, deliver and charge guest orders using the POS system.
• Know menu items, daily specials, and presentation.
• Maintain dining room sanitation and side stations per standards.
• Handle guest issues professionally and involve management when needed.
• Collaborate with team to service additional tables in section.
• Attend required training and uphold appearance and hygiene standards.
• Adhere to safety, risk management and environmental policies.
