• Promote Graton Resort & Casino culture and Service Standards at all times.
• Inform supervisor of shortages and equipment needs.
• Serve alcohol responsibly following training.
• Maintain professional comportment reflecting company practices.
• Observe safety rules and comply with Board of Health Standards.
• Maintain grooming and uniform standards.
• Know location of MSDS booklet.
• Display knowledge of emergency procedures.
• Inform manager on duty of opportunities.
• Be familiar with cocktails and prices to fulfill requests.
• Complete side-work and collaborate with the team.
• Observe guests' needs to anticipate requests.
• Keep service station clean and stocked.
• Follow cash and credit procedures; know pricing.
• Retrieve glassware from casino areas.

Essential Functions

• Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Graton Resort & Casino's culture and demonstrating Service Standards at all times.
• Inform immediate supervisor of any product shortages and equipment needs.
• Serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with alcohol awareness training.
• Behave in a positive, professional manner that reflects Company practices.
• Practice and observe safety rules and regulations and encourage others to do so. Comply with Board of Health Standards.
• Maintain high personal grooming and uniform standards pursuant to Graton Resort & Casino's policies.
• Know where the MSDS booklet is located for your area.
• Display knowledge of all emergency procedures.
• Inform manager on duty of any Team Member or Guest opportunities.
• Be familiar with cocktails and prices in order to fill any request for service.
• Complete assigned side‑work and any additional task with high degree of teamwork.
• Continuously observe and anticipate guests' needs in order to fill any and all guest opportunities.
• Maintain a clean and well‑stocked service station including but not limited to all glassware, condiments, coffee and dry goods.
• Comply with all cash and credit charging procedures. Know all cocktail and beverage pricing.
• Must retrieve glassware, including but not limited to beverage glasses and bottles from Casino and other assigned areas.
