Job summary

Graton Resort & Casino in California is seeking a VIP Attendant for the 8 Bar to serve drinks and food, process transactions, and maintain the VIP Lounge and Bar area in line with company and health standards.

The role involves side work, stocking, inventory, and collaboration with casino hosts and table games teams to ensure seamless guest service. Must be 21+ and able to lift up to 20 pounds; able to work in a high-volume environment with strong teamwork and communication.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
• Must manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
• Ability to demonstrate sound judgment and mature decision making.
• Must be able to handle a flexible schedule.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment while maintaining safety, health and service standards.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values.
• Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Graton Resort & Casino standards, policies, and procedures.
• Inform immediate supervisor of any product shortages and equipment needs.
• Responsible to inventory all items behind bar.
• Practice and observe safety rules and regulations and encourage others to do so.
• Know where the MSDS booklet is located for your area.
• Display knowledge of all emergency procedures.
