Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy or psychology required.
• Must hold a relevant licensure (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT or equivalent) in good standing in NC.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in behavioral healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates three 50-minute group therapy sessions each morning, Monday through Friday, at PHP/IOP levels.
• Facilitates DBT skills groups and other specialized groups; may supervise interns.
• Creates an engaging, welcoming group environment encouraging participation and connection.
• Communicates clinical concepts clearly to groups with varying levels of knowledge and engagement.
• Completes group notes and reports in compliance with state and payor guidelines.
