Connections Wellness Group is seeking a Group Therapist to deliver group psychotherapy within PHP/IOP settings in Keller, TX. The role focuses on psychoeducational and process groups, treatment planning, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to support clients toward long-term wellness.

Responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, documenting plans, ensuring confidentiality, and participating in crisis intervention when needed.

Formación

• Master's degree in social work or counseling is required.
• Current unencumbered clinical license per state of practice guidelines is required.
• CPR certification and Avade training during orientation week are required.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts individual and group therapy sessions to educate patients regarding psychological, emotional, or substance abuse problems.
• Active involvement in the treatment planning process and in discharge, transition, and after-care planning.
• Provides family session counseling as therapeutically necessary to ensure communication and involvement of family members.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary treatment team and communicates with UR and other stakeholders, maintaining HIPAA/42 CFR Part 2 compliance.
• Completes accurate assessments and paperwork in a timely, complete manner; participates in crisis intervention and safety planning.
