Pasadena Villa Outpatient in Chapel Hill, NC is seeking a Part-Time Therapist to lead DBT-informed group therapy in an Intensive Outpatient/Partial Hospitalization setting. The role focuses on group facilitation, clinical excellence, and collaborative care with a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate has a master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or psychology and holds an LCSW/LCMHC/LMFT (or provisional license) in good standing, with at least one year in behavioral

Formación

• Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy or psychology.
• Valid NC licensure (LCSW/LCMHC/LMFT) or provisional licensure.
• Minimum 1 year experience in behavioral healthcare.
• TB test, criminal background check clearance, and CPR/First Aid certifications as required.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitates three 50-minute group therapy sessions each morning, Monday through Friday, at the PHP/IOP levels of care.
• Facilitates DBT skills groups and supervises interns when appropriate.
• Creates an engaging, welcoming group environment that encourages participation.
• Completes group therapy notes and other reports in compliance with guidelines.
• Collaborates with an interdisciplinary treatment team to coordinate client care.
• Maintains boundaries and provides crisis intervention as needed.

Educación

Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy or psychology

LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT or equivalent provisional licensure
