Job summary

THIRA Health in Bellevue, WA is seeking a licensed mental health clinician to provide DBT-based individual and group therapy for adults and adolescents in our intensive outpatient program.

Position runs Sep 2026 through Apr 2027 with 10–20 hours per week guaranteed and potential hours beyond April. Evening, night, weekend and holiday coverage may be required. Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office is expected, and a background check is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related therapy field.
• Washington State Independent Licensure (PhD, PsyD, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT).
• Minimum two years' experience providing individual, group, and/or family therapy.
• CBT and/or DBT training and experience.
• Experience with eating disorder and mood disorders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and various software programs.
• Must pass comprehensive criminal background check.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide DBT-based individual and group therapy for adults and adolescents.
• Deliver crisis intervention and risk management as part of treatment.
• Collaborate with family involvement and discharge planning.
• Create and update behavioral treatment plans and documentation.
• Work with multidisciplinary team for treatment progress and, when needed, safety planning.
