Job summary

Connections Wellness Group in Keller, TX is seeking a part-time Group Therapist to provide group psychotherapy within our PHP and IOP programs. You will lead psychoeducational and process groups, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include a Master's in social work or counseling, active state licensure, CPR certification, and Avade training. Experience with psychiatric and chemical dependency populations is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or counseling and relevant state licensure required.
• Prior experience with psychiatric and chemical dependency populations preferred.
• Current unencumbered clinical license per state guidelines required.
• CPR certification and Avade training during orientation week.

Responsibilities

• Lead group psychotherapy sessions for patients in PHP/IOP.
• Develop and update treatment plans and progress notes.
• Coordinate with the multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Provide family session counseling as appropriate to support patient care.
• Document all clinical activities, ensuring HIPAA and regulatory compliance.
