Job summary

Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a part-time Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior and interior designated areas of the property in Spokane, WA. Responsibilities include daily upkeep, trash removal, inventory for supplies, snow removal, and adherence to OSHA standards.

You will wear a professional uniform, respond courteously, and follow company policies. AMC offers competitive pay ($18–$20/hour), benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience using groundskeeping tools and machinery.
• Ability to follow written or oral instructions.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily upkeep of the property buildings and grounds including cleaning and trash removal.
• Care for, maintain, and inventory supplies and equipment for the property and/or management company.
• Remove snow and apply de-icer to prevent ice buildup on walkways.
• Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances.
• Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times.
• Respond courteously and efficiently to residents and staff.
• Know and follow company and community policies and procedures.
