Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain exterior and designated interior areas of our properties in Spokane. This role requires reliable performance, safety awareness, and a professional appearance.

You will handle daily upkeep, inventory of supplies, snow removal, and adherence to OSHA standards while delivering courteous service and staying aligned with company policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to use grounds keeping tools and machinery effectively.

Responsibilities
