Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a dedicated janitor to clean and maintain common areas, hallways, community rooms, kitchens, and fitness centers. You will also service, clean, and supply public restrooms and assist with grounds maintenance and cleaning of vacant apartments as needed.

The position offers a daytime shift, 8:00AM to 4:30PM, Monday through Friday, with holidays off and benefits including PTO, medical and dental coverage, and a 401(k) with employer matching.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining common areas, hallways, community rooms, kitchen areas, and fitness centers.
• Servicing, cleaning and supplying public restrooms.
• Picking up grounds and cleaning vacant apartments as needed.
