• Use backpack blowers for debris removal.

• Prune and trim bushes, shrubs, and trees.
• Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed.

Duties / Responsibilities

• 35% – Operating lawnmowers, edgers, and weed whackers.
• 25% – Operating backpack blowers to blow roads, sidewalks, roofs and gutters.
• 15% – Trash pickup around center. Removal of downed trees and limbs.
• 15% – Pruning and trimming of bushes, shrubs and trees. Spraying herbicides to control weeds.
• 10% – Assist with general maintenance in areas such as plumbing, AV, electrical, painting and HVAC.
