Kallman Worldwide, Inc. in Waldwick, NJ, is seeking a part-time Graphic Designer to support print and digital materials for international trade show programs. The role operates hybrid, with up to 20 hours per week and a schedule that includes in-office days.

You will collaborate with the Director of Marketing, the full-time Graphic Designer, and cross-functional teams to produce high-quality assets that align with brand standards and project direction.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least two years of professional graphic design experience; experience in trade shows, events, marketing, or a service-based environment is a plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, brand identity, print production, and prepress file preparation.
• Ability to follow established creative direction, brand standards, and project requirements while contributing thoughtful design ideas.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with other departments.
• A portfolio demonstrating relevant print and digital design work is required.

Mansioni

• Support the creation of print and digital marketing materials, including brochures, show guides, advertisements, email graphics, social media content, website assets, digital catalogs, and promotional materials.
• Assist with trade show graphics and on-site branding materials, including booth graphics, signage, banners, pavilion layouts, and event visuals.
• Prepare, resize, and update creative assets based on established brand standards and project direction.
• Produce accurate, production-ready artwork and coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure specs and deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with the Director of Marketing, full-time Graphic Designer, and cross-functional teams to complete assigned creative projects.
• Help organize and maintain KWI's library of logos, photography, templates, and other creative assets.
