Job summary

Solomon Page is seeking an Events Designer to translate creative visions into signage, print materials, and presentation boards for high-impact events in Oakland, NJ. The role involves producing print-ready assets, designing compelling proposals, and collaborating across producers and account managers to bring activations to life from pitch through execution.

Ideal candidates will have strong graphic design skills in signage and print, experience in building decks, and a collaborative mindset.

Job description

We're looking for a talented Events Designer to bring creative vision to life across signage, print, and presentation materials for high-impact events and activations.

• Temp to Perm, 40 hours per week
• $75-80k+ range, w2 Hourly Contract to start
• ONSITE in Oakland, NJ
• Must have reliable transportation
  

Responsibilities:

• Design event signage, print files, and design boards for events, activations, and experiential campaigns
• Create polished proposal decks that communicate creative concepts clearly and persuasively
• Prepare print-ready files with attention to specs, materials, and production requirements
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — producers, account managers, and fellow designers — to bring event concepts to life from pitch through execution

Required Qualifications:

• Strong graphic design skills with hands-on experience in signage, print production, and presentation design
• Proficiency in building compelling design boards and proposal decks
• 3D rendering skills are a strong plus (motion/animation experience is not required)
• A collaborative, communicative approach — someone who thrives in a team environment and values open dialogue
