Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a marketing agency or client-facing environment.
• Experience creating social media graphics, digital marketing assets, and branded materials.
• Experience supporting multiple clients or brands simultaneously is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required.
• Equivalent professional experience and a strong portfolio may substitute for formal education.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media graphics and other digital marketing assets for clients.
• Support website and landing page design by creating banners, imagery, icons, and additional visual assets.
• Create consistent designs that align with established client brand identities.
• Support internal marketing and creative projects.
• Assist with new brand identities and accompanying visual assets as needed.
• Translate creative briefs and business objectives into thoughtful, effective designs.
• Collaborate with the team to understand project goals, client expectations, and marketing strategy.
• Manage multiple design projects while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
