Qualifications

• Two years administrative experience in philanthropy or nonprofit health / older adult sector.
• Bachelor of Arts / Bachelor of Science degree.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and web research.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize workload.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct programmatic support to ensure a smooth and responsive grantmaking process; assist with grant agreements, reports, and docket preparation.
• Provide administrative support to the Program team: communications, calendar, travel, expenses, and event setup.
• Conduct web research and help design strategies to strengthen nonprofit partners.”
• Support grantmaking administration and database management, including reporting and data entry.
• Maintain and update grantmaking procedures and documentation; assist in generating standard and custom reports.
• Provide backup coverage for other administrative staff as needed.
