Job summary

RSF Social Finance in San Francisco invites a Program Associate for Philanthropic Services to support grants, donor-advised funds, and related programs. You will coordinate the weekly grants cycle, maintain records, and ensure timely payments with collaboration across Accounting and IS teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ administrative experience.
• Experience with donors and/or grantees in grants management a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a multi-stakeholder environment.

Responsibilities

• Support weekly grants cycle including data entry and due diligence.
• Maintain grant records and facilitate signing and payments.
• Coordinate RSF Seed Fund and other grant programs.
• Provide excellent client service and donor education.
• Collaborate with Accounting and IS teams on data integrity.
