Job summary

Global Disciples is seeking a Grants Specialist to join Partner Relations in Lancaster, PA. This role focuses on expanding grant/foundation income and supporting major donors through written proposals and reporting.

The position requires at least 5 years of grant writing experience, strong donor communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce. Occasional travel to the Lancaster office is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of grant writing/research experience.
• Passion for the mission and alignment with the organization’s goals and values.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• CRM experience preferred (Salesforce or similar).
• Proficient with MS Office and fundraising information sources.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Programs, MARCOMs, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the grant/foundation strategy.
• Write, submit, and manage grants proposals and reporting.
• Research and identify grant funding opportunities and new income areas.
• Collaborate with Programs, MARCOMs, and Finance to prepare necessary documentation.
• Provide Regional Directors with supporting documents for foundation relationships.
• Maintain and archive grant records.
• Communicate the organization’s mission and maintain brand messaging.
