Qualifications

• Professional or teaching experience required.
• PhD in Composition OR Rhetoric OR Professional Writing OR Communications with grant writing experience.
• Master's in the above areas AND grant writing experience.
• Exceptions: Master's in any field plus at least two years of experience in grant writing.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate classroom lecture and discussions
• Engage students in learning course objectives and topics
• Assess student performance and mentor success in the classroom
• Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University's Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement, and Mission of Grand Canyon University
