• Prepare and distribute documents relating to the Distracted Driving Grant data collected.
• Organize information alphabetically or by subject matter for orderly storage.
• Ensure files are up-to-date, accurate, and readily available.
• Prepare email merges and documents from Excel spreadsheets.
• Store completed documents in appropriate locations.
