Job summary

University Of Central Oklahoma is seeking a part-time, temporary, hourly staff member in Edmond, Oklahoma to ensure that all Distracted Driving Grant observations comply with internal policies, grantor requirements and applicable laws. The role is 40 hours total, with no more than 29 hours per week, and runs through the grant duration.

The position emphasizes data quality reviews, risk assessment, and collaboration with program staff to maintain integrity and timely grant implementation,

Qualifications

• General education or vocational training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, dependable transportation, and be able to operate a typical motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality reviews of data gathering to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Identify areas of risk or non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.
• Work collaboratively with program teams to implement quality assurance protocols and improve processes.
• Provide technical assistance and training to program staff on quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Document procedures and findings to support transparency and accountability
