Job summary

LifeWise Academy in Tennessee is seeking a gospel-centered and detail-oriented Assistant Program Director to help lead our team alongside the local Program Director and Leadership Board. This part-time role requires a spiritually mature church participant who can handle a broad range of administrative tasks.

The position emphasizes faith alignment, leadership experience, and proficiency with spreadsheets and virtual meeting tools.

Qualifications

• A mature personal Christian faith in agreement with the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.
• Active participation in and commitment to a local church whose doctrine aligns with the 'What We Believe' section of the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith
• Leadership experience in either a professional or volunteer capacity
• Experience with spreadsheets, virtual meeting platforms and Google Workspace

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Director in managing the LifeWise 5 L's.
• Leadership: oversee the doers within the program.
• Location: handle facility and transportation needs.
• Logistics: coordinate with schools and districts.
• Loot: manage fundraising and budgeting.
