Callaway Golf Company is seeking a part-time Performance Fitter to host product fitting days and demonstrations at events within the assigned territory. The role focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience, explaining Callaway and Odyssey product features, and driving engagement.

The position requires lifting, outdoor work, and occasional travel, with weekends included during golf season. A high school diploma or GED is required, and golf knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Golf knowledge and ability to explain product features.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience presenting and selling products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fitting Day Events: Support the goals of the Customer's event and deliver an outstanding consumer experience.
• Set up and take down all displays and equipment according to Callaway's protocol.
• Ensure fitting carts, tents, wind blades, and table skirts are present, presentable, and up to date at each event.
• Inventory and update Fit Cart.
• Effectively communicate advantages of the full Callaway product line to consumers.
• Conduct customer fittings using Callaway's fitting protocol and tools.
• Run and train on Odyssey Fits Tool and apply selling techniques.
• Provide personalized product specifications to consumers.
• Communicate with OSR about accomplishments and challenges and share lessons learned from each event.
