Job summary

The Callaway Golf Sales Company is seeking a part-time Performance Fitter to lead product fitting days and demos across events, delivering an outstanding consumer experience from setup to wrap-up.

You will educate customers on Callaway and Odyssey products, demonstrate fitting protocols and launch-monitor usage, and collaborate with the OSR to maximize event impact. Availability includes weekends during golf season.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year retail/golf shop selling experience preferred.
• Golf club fitting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support event goals and deliver an outstanding consumer experience.
• Set up and take down displays and equipment per protocol.
• Ensure fitting carts, tents, wind blades, and table skirts are present and up to date.
• Inventory and update Fit Cart.
• Effectively communicate advantages of the full Callaway product line.
• Conduct customer fittings using fitting protocol and launch monitor.
• Run and train on Odyssey Fits Tool and selling techniques.
• Provide personalized product specifications to consumers.
• Communicate with OSR about accomplishments and challenges and share lessons learned.
