Job summary

Callaway Golf Company is seeking a part-time, seasonal Performance Fitter to run product fitting days and demos. You will set up and break down displays, educate customers on Callaway and Odyssey products, and work closely with the Outside Sales Representative to ensure a top-notch event experience.

Ideal candidates have a golf background, fitting experience, and strong communication skills to engage diverse customers.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
One year of successful retail/golf shop selling experience preferred.
Golf club fitting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Support the goals of the Customer’s event and deliver an outstanding consumer experience.
Set up and takedown all displays and equipment per Callaway’s Product Fitting protocol.
Ensure fitting carts, tents, wind blades, and table skirts are present, presentable and up to date at each event.
Inventory and update Fit Cart.
Effectively communicate advantages of Callaway Golf products to consumers.
Conduct customer fittings using Callaway’s fitting protocol and tools.
Run and train on Odyssey Fits Tool and apply selling techniques.
Provide personalized product specifications to consumers.
Communicate with OSR about accomplishments and challenges and share lessons learned from each event.
