Job summary

Callaway Golf is seeking a Performance Fitter to lead product fitting days and demos across events in the assigned territory, delivering an engaging consumer experience from setup to breakdown.

The role educates customers on Callaway and Odyssey products, using fitting tools and launch monitors, and travels to events on weekends during the golf season. lifting up to 60 pounds is required.

Qualifications

• Golf club fitting knowledge and use of a launch monitor is preferred.
• Retail/golf shop experience is preferred.
• Able to present the Callaway product line and fitting concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support event goals and deliver an outstanding consumer experience.
• Set up and take down displays and equipment per Callaway protocol.
• Maintain fitting carts, tents, wind blades, and table skirts.
• Inventory and update Fit Cart.
• Explain advantages of Callaway products to consumers.
• Conduct customer fittings using fitting protocol and tools.
• Run Odyssey Fits Tool and apply selling techniques.
• Provide personalized product specifications to customers.
• Communicate with OSR about accomplishments and challenges.
