Job summary

Callaway Golf is seeking a part-time Performance Fitter to run product fitting days and educate customers on Callaway and Odyssey products at events. You will set up displays, assist OSR, and deliver a premium demo experience in the assigned territory during the golf season.

The role requires weekend availability, outdoor work, and travel within territory; prior retail or golf shop experience is preferred, along with golf club fitting knowledge and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
One year of successful retail or golf shop selling experience (preferred).
Golf club fitting experience (preferred).
Must possess strong communication skills and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

Support the goals of the customer’s event and deliver an outstanding consumer experience.
Set up and take down all displays and equipment per Callaway’s product fitting protocol.
Ensure fitting carts, tents, wind blades, and table skirts are present and up to date at each event.
Inventory and update fit cart.
Effectively communicate the advantages of Callaway Golf products to consumers.
Conduct customer fittings using Callaway’s fitting protocol and tools.
Run and train on Odyssey Fits Tool and apply selling techniques.
Provide personalized product specifications to consumers.
Communicate with OSR about accomplishments and challenges and share lessons learned.
