Job summary

Callaway Golf Sales Company is looking for a Performance Fitter to conduct product fitting days and ensure an outstanding customer experience. This part-time seasonal position requires setup and takedown of displays and active engagement with customers to promote Callaway products.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma, strong golf knowledge, and excellent customer service skills. Pay rate is $18.50 per hour. Must be able to work weekends during the golf season.

Qualifications

• Must possess communication skills to present technical ideas to a diverse audience.
• One year of successful retail/golf shop selling experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product fittings using Callaway’s fitting protocol.
• Support event goals and deliver outstanding consumer experience.
• Set up and take down displays and equipment for each event.
