Job summary

The Brattle Group is seeking a Part-Time Human Resources Specialist (Fixed-Term Contract) to join the Employee Experience team in our London office. You will support three HRBPs across four Management Groups, helping with onboarding, lifecycle activities, and HR policy guidance while coordinating across Europe, North America and Australia.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of HR experience in international settings, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with HR systems and Excel.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2–3 years of HR experience in a fast-paced, international setting.
• CIPD Level 3 or progress towards CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential.
• Strong understanding of core HR processes and the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Support three HRBPs across four Management Groups, understanding their employee populations and priorities.
• Serve as initial contact for routine HR questions and provide policy guidance.
• Assist with onboarding, transfers, promotions, leaves and departures.
• Track development priorities from talent and performance discussions for follow-up.
• Own or support Employee Experience projects with timelines and stakeholders.
