Job summary

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience directly assisting with in-person and virtual events.
  • Experience coordinating staff, volunteers, vendors, and others contributing to events.
  • Strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Office 365, Teams, Zoom, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to lead logistics meetings and prepare event materials.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with organizing and implementing events and meetings of varying sizes.
  • Manage the events calendar, run of shows, and staffing plans.
  • Coordinate with staff, sponsors, partners on venue needs and branding.
  • Coordinate HQ walkthroughs and promotion with External Affairs.
  • Measure event outcomes, track attendance, and manage vendor payments.
  • Work occasional outside normal hours as needed.
