Job summary

TeamHealth is seeking a part-time PMHNP-C or Psych PA-C to provide psychiatric evaluations and treatment for older adults in post-acute and long-term care settings around Morgantown and the Pittsburgh area. The role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support with onsite patient care and remote documentation.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted West Virginia license as a PMHNP-C or Psych PA-C.
• Active DEA registration or willingness to obtain.
• Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments and mental status exams.
• Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in older adults.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings.
